You have smart friends! Yo...What great suggestions! You have smart friends! You could always change the smoothies up a bit with different fruits and juices. Also a great way to get your greek yogurt in AND all those good fats for baby brains. I had ground flax and chia see in mine which I wasn't likely to get elsewhere. I don't think they are too high in calories. You are doing such a good job feeding your little ones. It's a seriously yummy...Have you tried quinoa? It's a seriously yummy, easy to cook grain that has a TON of protein. Also, Barilla Plus pasta has a lot of protein and is super yummy. I ate a great deal of both of those things when I was pregnant. I has a severe meat aversion to whole time, so those saved me protein-wise.
